Join NowFood is not only a basic need but also a human right. Even though we live in a country that boasts of enormous economic growth and development, a vast number of the population endures hunger and poverty. Large number of people across India are hungry and do not have sufficient food to eat. Malnutrition and nutritional deficiencies are widespread throughout the country. Even though Government schemes are available to address food security and nutritional needs, most of the population still struggle to avail the benefits of these programs, due to various reasons. The lack of access to food can not only make one vulnerable but also make one feel they are leading a life that has no dignity. The most humane act that one can do is feeding the hungry and helpless.
Annnadaatha NGO was started in 2015. Annadaatha has since given free food to 3.5 lakh hungry people. Annadaatha is currently operating in Hyderabad, Bangalore and Bellampalli Mancherial District. The goal of this project is to be able to have operations all over India.
